In assessing the answers to the questions on the previous pages, consider
the following:
- Is the candidate at ease discussing diversity-related issues and their
significance to the position? Or is the candidate reluctant to discuss
diversity issues?
- Does the candidate use gender-neutral language or are males used in
examples and answers?
- Does the candidate address all members of the interview committee?
- How does the candidate show experience, concern, commitment, or
willingness to advance the University's diversity efforts?
