3. Orient your body to the task from the ground up. Be sure that all hinges in the body are working most effectively in the direction of the force vector.

4. Keep your weight placed through the midline of the foot when moving forward and backward. Also, keep the foot flat in extended leg positions.

5. Allow the spine to extend gently and constantly, especially when lowering the body and releasing the knees. In addition, release and lengthen arm and leg joints.
