PeopleAdmin Recruitment System

Once a position vacancy has been approved a departmental representative will create a recruitment requisition in PeopleAdmin prior to posting any external advertisements or announcements. An Interim Selection Document must be submitted to the Equal Opportunity/Compliance Office for approval prior to scheduling or conducting interviews. The Final Selection Document must be submitted to the Equal Opportunity/Compliance Office for approval prior to making any job offer to a final candidate.


The Search Committee Chairperson should review PeopleAdmin highlights and process flow reminders with Search Committee members when developing recruitment plan.
