Receiving Applications

Once advertisements have been posted, departments will begin to receive applications through the PeopleAdmin system. This is a web based recruitment and application tracking system created to streamline the recruitment and application processes for EHRA Faculty and Non-Faculty positions. Use of this system is required; and replaces all former paper processes.

HR Facilitators and Search Committee Chairs should consult PeopleAdmin when considering the following recruitment actions:

  • Create Recruitment Requisition
  • Modify Recruitment Requisition
  • Interim Selection Document
  • Final Selection Document
  • Cancel/End Recruitment
  • Re-Activate Requisition
